Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WestSide Sports Club's website and programs. This is a working draft; final terms will be reviewed by California counsel before launch and will cover the areas below.

Enrollment & eligibility

Parents/legal guardians create accounts and enroll minors. A parent must accept these Terms on behalf of each child.

Payments, cancellation & refunds

Programs are billed through Stripe per the published pricing. Parents may cancel anytime from the parent dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by WestSide administrators.

Assumption of risk

Basketball involves physical activity and inherent risks. A separate liability waiver is signed during registration.

Media release

Photos and video are only captured and shared for players whose parents have granted media consent, which can be changed at any time.
